These very attractive, strong solid baskets are woven from a large species of kelp found along the coast of Vancouver Island.
They come in a variety of sizes and shapes, some incorporating Island beach creatures into the weave!
(Sea urchins, pink scallop shells and starfish) The colours vary from golden to rich rusty browns.
